Peer Mentorship & Accountability: Pair students to track academic progress, share study strategies, and encourage regular attendance.
Navigating School Systems: Help students and families understand graduation requirements, college/career pathways, and school resources.
Leadership & Confidence: Build leadership skills through student-led initiatives, public speaking, and project collaboration.
